Contractors and Vendors wishing to be placed on the fire district’s Small Works Roster or Vendor Listing may do so by submitting an application.
Small Works Roster qualifications and process:
Applicants must be licensed contractors in the State of Washington.
Contractors whose names appear on the Small Works Roster may be contacted from time to time to submit proposals for contracts in the amounts less than $300,000.
Vendor list process:
- Vendors whose names appear on the vendor list may be contacted from time to time to submit proposals for purchases in the amounts of $10,000 to $50,000.
- The Small Works Roster and Vendor List will be in effect from January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 and will be updated upon receipt of request of a vendor or contractor.
A vendor or contractor may request to be placed on the roster or vendor list at anytime during the period specified.

RCW 39.04.190: Vendor list for awarded contract purchases of materials, equipment, supplies or services.
RCW 39.04.200: Small Works Roster of purchase contracts for building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair or improvement of real property.
