Contractors and Vendors wishing to be placed on the fire district’s Small Works Roster or Vendor Listing may do so by submitting an application.
Small Works Roster qualifications and process: RCW 52.14.110, RCW 39.04.152, and RCW 39.04.200

Applicants must be licensed contractors in the State of Washington.

Contractors whose names appear on the Small Works Roster may be contacted from time to time to submit proposals for contracts.
- Estimated cost between 75,000 and 350,000 (single trade project) or 150,000 to 350,000 (multi trade project).
- Estimated cost between 75,000 and 150,000 (no statutory requirement) (Prevailing Wage compliance required for public works)
Vendor list process: RCW 52.14.110, RCW 39.04.152, and RCW 39.04.190
- Vendors whose names appear on the vendor list may be contacted from time to time to submit proposals for purchases in the amounts of $75,000 to $150,000.
The Small Works Roster and Vendor List will be in effect from January through December, and will be updated upon receipt of a request from a vendor or contractor.
A contractor or vendor may request placement on the roster or vendor list at any time during the specified period.

Vendor and Small Works published requirements:
RCW 39.04.200: Small Works Roster of purchase contracts for building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair, or improvement of real property.
RCW 39.04.190: Vendor list for awarded contract purchases of materials, equipment, supplies, or services.
